“Level I” - Low Intensity Outpatient Program

This is a program for clients who appear to have an alcohol or drug problem, but who do not need a higher level of treatment.  Clients appropriate for this program will have no
serious medical or emotional problems and will have a living environment that supports sobriety.  The cost is $45 or $50 per three-hour session, depending upon location.

We offer clients a choice of groups at 3 different locations: Stockbridge, McDonough, Fayetteville

Relapse Prevention

The Relapse Prevention Program is designed for people who have experienced a fairly lengthy period of sobriety, but who have relapsed back into drug or alcohol use.  This group is currently offered for adults and adolescents at our McDonough location.

Individual Counseling

Clients who have some sobriety behind them and are involved in a 12-step or other support group may benefit from individual counseling to explore issues that have continued to plague them or which are unrelated to recovery.  Individual counseling is not appropriate for clients who have a serious substance abuse problem and are actively drinking or using.   Fees depend on which therapist the client sees.

Court - Probation - Driver’s License Questions??

Our substance abuse education program and our low-intensity outpatient program are accepted by all Georgia courts and many out of state courts.

Our low-intensity outpatient program has been approved by the Georgia Department of Human Resources for first and multiple DUI offenders needing “Level I” services.  If recommended by the Clinical Evaluator, Level I treatment at an approved facility is mandatory for driver’s license reinstatement.

Please note that an evaluation is required prior to admission to any of our substance abuse treatment programs to ensure that the level is the most appropriate one for the client.

Substance Abuse Education

Substance abuse education is designed for people who do not have a substance abuse problem, but would benefit from education about alcohol and drugs, including how to live without them.  The program is offered weekly or in an intensive format on the first Sunday of each month.   The cost is $25 per hour.
